CGC SHEETROCK® BRAND FIRECODE PANEL 5/8"
CGC Sheetrock® Brand Firecode® X panels are composed of fire-resistant gypsum core encased in 100% recycled natural finish face paper and 100% recycled liner paper on the back. These panels score and snap easily for quick installation of interior wall and ceiling applications, allowing painting, decorating and the installation of metal or wood almost immediately.
SHEETROCK® BRAND FIRECODE® TYPE "C" GYPSUM PANELS
CGC Sheetrock® Brand Firecode® C Panels (UL Type C) come in 12.7 mm and 15.9 mm thicknesses. These fire-resistant, Type X panels feature a noncombustible gypsum core and 100% recycled paper facing. Tapered edges allow for easy joint reinforcement with CGC or Synko® joint treatments. cUL Classified, they are suitable for any UL Design listing with Type C panels, with the UL Type Designation printed for easy identification.
SHEETROCK® BRAND PANELS MOLD TOUGH® AR FIRECODE® X
USG Sheetrock® Brand Mold Tough® AR Firecode® X Panels are by design stronger and have greater surface hardness than standard 5/8 in. (15.9 mm) Type X panels. Because of this, they are heavier and will be more difficult to install. Slower installation production rates should be accounted for in job planning.

Available in 12.7 mm (1/2 in.) Regular and 15.9 mm (5/8 in.) Type X thicknesses, CGC Securock® Brand UltraLight Glass-Mat Sheathing (Regular and Firecode® X) are lightweight glass-mat sheathing panels with moisture and mould resistance—up to 15% lighter than other glass-mat sheathings.
